Icon design change in version 5 for "change-department-alt"

In version 5, "change-department-alt" has a part of its pictographic design changed. This change carries with it a semantic meaning that were established with other existing icons, and that are arguably different from what "change department" is trying to convey.

Please see attached for the concerns I have about the new design.

    My main concern from WFM is stemming mostly from the fact that we use some of the mentioned icons together in the same page. In version 5, change-deparment-alt becomes a bit more confusing when it shares similar design with other icons that have different conceptual meanings (which in version 4.5 it didn't).
