Add background and padding showing parent/children structure.

In WFM, we have many parent/child structures or dynamic areas based on selections, and we would like to have a clear universal pattern to indicate this dynamic, for example, using background color and extra paddings, as attached.

Attached use cases: The user would get different sequential content based on the radio buttons. So when the user selects 'Manual Team Selection', the user gets a team db lookup, which is different for 'Direct Report' and 'All Teams'.
