Inconsistent user experience among calendar/month view/ date picker and navigation in a nature order

Currently, there are different patterns used in the calendar: https://design.infor.com/components/components/month-view/enterprise/

1. On the calendar/month view, the order of components is: navigation arrows (left side) + date & year(middle) + date picker(right side) + today;

2. On the opened date picker, the order of components is: date & year(left side) + today (middle) +navigation arrows(right)

Please update it to a consistent UI/UX and keep it natural; from the WFM team, we both think it makes sense to have the navigation arrows stay at right (like 2 behavior), matching the behavior of selecting the date first and easily navigating by clicking arrows.
