Ability to add tooltip beside the radio options.

The current IDS radio button component does not provide an option to add an information icon that would trigger a tooltip for additional information. They shouldn't be in the same hitbox but still be able to put these components together.

To enhance usability, users must be able to access detailed descriptions of radio options when necessary. While experienced users prefer a streamlined view, new users need clear insights into the available choices.

Also, an option to list horizontally with equal width space.
