Count component enhancement

We received feedback on the count component used on widgets that it needs to stand out more. When put together on the homepage, the count component is too pale compared to the boldness of other charts on our collection.

Plus, the color collection for count does not render well in the light vs dark theme.

    Hi Whey, we're doing this request and are tracking it under two tickets in Jira:

    1. IDS-851 - Ask Alix and Maks about design needs/recomendations

    2. IDS-852 - Explore use cases and build improved count component in dark mode
