Icon Request: "Shifting" / Changing Path

An icon that represent a "lane change" but continuing with the general trajectory.
Currently, IDS have icons that can represent "return", "u-turn", "switch", and "swap", but nothing that can indicate a change in the path but not the direction.

Additional request to have icons that can represent the origin and destination of the new path.

WFM use case: In healthcare scheduling, there is a concept of “float”. “Float” staff will have scheduled work hours but the work content, like department or activities, will change based on needs. In this case, it's like the staff is "changing lanes" but the overall work day is the same. And sometimes a manager may also want to distinguish where the staff is "floated from (origin)" and "floated to (destination)".
