Data grid: sizing to also affects the expanded content area paddings

Datagrid sizing currently affects the text size and row height to allow various data densities on screen. Suggeting to carry this to the paddings / height of the expanded row as well for the same reason and to keep the content more proportional. Currently only the body text size is affected in the expandable area.
