Allow height configuration for cards

Listview, swaplist and datagrid are sometimes put inside cards. But the height becomes fixed and there is so much unused room vertically.

Specially with swaplist since it uses the cards internally.

    Thanks for providing more information! I submitted this for IDS designer work under Jira ticker IDS-1321. This is a good suggestion and we will bring it into a future sprint for work.

    We have so much room at the bottom of the page. We are thinking of expanding the swaplist all the way to the bottom depending on window height.
