Adding description row in the Action sheet

In the current IDS action sheet component, I suggest having a description row on the top of the action sheet.

On the desktop, the pointer helps the users know what they have selected to trigger the action popover. Unlike the desktop, when the action sheet is used on a smaller device, there is no information about the selection.
