Consistent and clear Nested Modal behaviour

Suggesting to update the nested modals component found here: https://main-enterprise.demo.design.infor.com/components/modal/test-nested-no-underneath.html.

Suggestions would be to maintain consistent sizing (width and height) as well as make it more clear how to navigate back to the first layer.
