Improve the indication of selected vs non-selected row in the Data Grid component in dark mode.

The selected row gets the same color as the page background (darkest) and the non-selected row(s) are lighter in color. This is counter intuitive and also opposite to how it works in Light and High Contrast, as in not standing out compared to the page background.

In the M3 H5 client we do not have the checkboxes indicating select state. But even if we would have these we should not have to rely on users looking at the checkboxes. Selected rows should look 'active', as they do for Light and High Contrast, not blend with the page background.
