Popupmenu List Item Hierarchy

For the list items in a popupmenu, propose to increase the difference of a section title to other list items to emphasize the parent / child relationship and the fact that it’s not actionable. Currently, it looks very similar to the default plain text item and can be misleading. See attached for some ideas.
