Add a Gantt Chart Web Component to show in a Widget data coming from Production / Projects.. etc

So many times ERP (or core application like WMS) components does not have an effective Gantt chart for schedule monitoring and editing. We should have a similar component in SoHo library useful to be used in Web Applications (Including Mongoose) and Widgets
