Distinguish selectable and non-selectable Datagrid rows (hover over state)

Currently the Datagrid always shows a hover over colour even when the grid is readonly.
There has been a few feedbacks during product demos that it can be confusing, as viewers may interpret the row with hover over colour as interact-able (i.e. clickable).
Especially confusing when the same user will see other grids within the product that ARE interactable with the same hover behaviour.

Suggestion is to allow the option to set read only grid to not show any hover over colour for the rows.
